Building Better Cultures is an Irish Podcast about Leadership and communication, presented by Scott McInnes.
Scott is a fantastic host and speaker, who comes across as friendly and knowledgeable in progressive leadership, the future of work and internal comms. Scott has interviewed business leaders and thinkers from across the world, most notably renowned rugby coach Stuart Lancaster.
The positivity and infectious nature of the Podcast make it an easy and informative listen. This is one of the best business leadership podcasts I have heard in the Irish market, and it is a pleasure to work on.

We had helped Scott from a very early stage when he was a Podcast beginner. He came to Podlad looking to take his business and leadership Podcast to the next level. We gave Scott several Podcast tips and tricks to take him on his way to having a more professional Podcast.

In the beginning, Scott was using a cheap headset microphone, it sounded clear and was okay for a Podcast beginner but it also had that low-fi receiver sound so we immediately worked towards getting better audio quality. After a consultation and a chat about the room used and budget, we were able to suggest the best podcasting microphone for Scott to use going forward.
We recommended the Rode NT USB. Once Scott began using this mic made a huge improvement on the overall sound of the Podcast.
Podcast audio editing service
Building Better Cultures have 2 speakers on separate tracks. This can be a tricky and long editing process for someone with little audio editing experience. We can take these files and make them sound clean and beautifully processed, all for a reasonable price.
We also implemented professional touches like a teaser clip at the beginning of the show, a call to action in the middle, promoting Scott’s business Inspiring Change and implementing new music that wraps around the Podcast. Audiograms

Scott began doing short episodes and video episodes for the Podcast, this was also something we were able to help with and implement very quickly with our video editing experience.
The Process
Like with so many of our Podcast partners, we make their life as easy as possible. Previously working with us, Scott edited his own Podcast, which took up a considerable amount of his time.
